Treatments

All of my treatments are carried out in my home therapy room in Ilfracombe. I have tried to make the space as calming and soothing as possible so that you feel comfortable and at home!

During all of my treatments, you will be lying down on my padded (and heated!) massage bed, covered with soft towels and blankets to keep you warm and comfortable. Low lighting and peaceful music playing in the background help add to the relaxing experience.

Indian Head massage with Energy Healing ~ £50 ~ 1 hour

Combining these two treatments together, allows for a deeply relaxing experience and means that you are in a better state to receive the energy healing.

Starting with the Indian head massage, I will work on any tension in the shoulders and neck, before moving up to the face and scalp. Using slow massage techniques to aid lymphatic drainage and to calm the nervous system, the combination with acupressure points also helps to ease headaches and improve hair and skin quality.

Once you are drifting away, I will then use a combination of Reiki and Seichim energy to promote self healing in the body, help remove any energetic blockages, relax the mind, reduce stress and aim to bring a sense of peace and calmness to your mind, body and soul.

You will be lying down for this whole treatment, and I use gentle hand placements on and off the body to channel the energy. It really is a beautiful treatment and something you need to experience for yourself as every session is different!

Aromatherapy Full Body Massage ~ £50 / £70 ~ 1 hour / 1.5 hours

Aromatherapy uses the natural, health promoting benefits and aroma's of essential oils, combined with a slow and relaxing yet firm massage, making this treatment a delight for the senses!

Essential oils are natural plant extracts which have various medicinal effects on the body and mind. I use 100% pure essential oils in my massage blends, and we will chose these together at the beginning of your treatment, to give you a truly personalised experience.

Generally the full body massage will include the legs & feet, back, arms and head. However, during the consultation, we can adapt the massage to focus more on particular areas.

Aromatherapy Back, Neck and Head Massage ~ £50 ~ 1 hour

Using 100% pure essential oils, which we will choose together at the beginning of your treatment. This is a stress reducing, relaxing massage that focuses on any knots and areas of tension across the back, neck and shoulders, whilst also including a gentle head massage.

A perfect treatment to relax the upper body!

Massage for Menopause ~ £60 - 75 min

This Signature treatment uses a 3 step approach to help relieve the side effects of Menopause.It incorporates a relaxing full body massage, Essential oils, and Acupressure points.

Specific Essential oils and Acupressure points can target key symptoms of Menopause such as hot flushes, anxiety, brain fog, headaches and sleep disturbances.

We will choose the oils and Acupoints that will best help your individual symptoms, so that each session is completely tailored to you. Combining all this within a relaxing full body massage, makes this a truly specialised treatment!

After your massage, I will then show you where each Acupoint is located on the body, so that you can continue to stimulate the points between your appointments.

' Pure Bliss' ~ 2 hour luxury treatment ~ £90

This beautiful treatment combines a full body Aromatherapy massage with a head massage and Energy Healing.

2 hours of pure relaxation as you drift off.... I will look after your muscles, calm your mind, re balance your energy and just generally nurture your whole being, so you can leave feeling refreshed and with your cup filled back up :)

Begin your treatment with a touch of indulgence. This spa-like upgrade allows you to slow down, unwind and truly settle in whilst we have our consultation- so your body and mind are already beginning to relax before your massage even starts.

Infused with soothing Epsom salts and nourishing coconut milk, this calming ritual helps to ease tension, soften the skin, and gently prepare your body for your massage. It's the perfect way to ease into your treatment experience!

The Deep Rest Upgrade - £15

After your massage, why rush back into the world? Give yourself permission to pause a little longer..... You can now add on 30 minutes of peaceful, uninterrupted rest after your treatment for just £15. Drift in to sleep, stay cocooned in calm, or simply enjoy the quiet, allowing your body to fully absorb the benefits of your treatment.
